The company was founded in 1997 by President and CEO, Laurie Erickson along with her mother. Laurie started off selling “hair scrunchies” door to door and has grown the company to over 40 employees who are located at both our corporate office in North Bend, WA. and our production facility in Sequim, WA. She is a generous kind hearted women with more then 20 years of experience in the accessory industry. This company is a direct result of her desire to help others and share her insight about building, promoting and fostering your own individual accessory “boutique”.
In 2004, The Finest Accessories launched the Home Show Division to offer the same fabulous quality merchandise at lower prices to the individual that would like to have their own business be it doing home shows, festivals, office shows, or fundraisers. You can even choose to just take orders from the accessories that you decide to carry around from the fashion friendly purses, and opera wallets to our France Luxe hair accessories hand crafted in France. With all of the above- the consultants make an incredible 50% profit!!

Becoming an independent consultant for T.F.A. is easy! It is a minimum buy in of $350. You may choose any products you desire…we have no starter kit or mandatory product selection. We firmly believe that you create your own boutique and place no restrictions on you what so ever. If you “buy in” at $500 you will receive a 3% discount on your first order. Should you buy in at over $1000, your discount is 5%. Once you become a consultant, future orders are NOT bound by any restrictions, meaning you can simply order one barrette at a time!!
"...make 50% or more of every item sold..." Our compensation package is very generous. You will make 50% of every item that you sell or more!!! In addition we offer “margin builders” (you buy for $6 but it retails for $16 for example) and a monthly 30% discount table where your profits are even greater than 50%!! There are no other start up costs involved. In addition to the 50% profit made on retail sales, consultants also earn commission on other consultants’ purchases as they sponsor them into the company. "...work when you want, where you want and as often as you want..." There are no presentations to give, no monthly quotas or any territories!
